On this amazing trip you will cycle a part of the 190 kilometres long Göta Canal.
Here, 16,000 trees were planted when the canal was built, making it the world’s longest tree lane.
On this trip you will also pass some of the 58 locks that are found along the Göta Canal.
Göta Channel is today one of Sweden’s most popular cycling routes.
The daytrips along the Göta canal are not too long, it’s flat, easy bicycle and it’s car-free, making this bicycle trip suitable for first-time travelers and families with children. During this cycle trip you have a great variety of activity and relaxation.
Day 1. 18 km from Norrqvarn to Sjötorp and back
In the evening you enjoy dinner out on the jetty or inside the cosy dining room. You choose any main course from our evening menu
Day 2. 51.8 km from Norrqvarn to Tåtorp and back
Lunch you eat at Restaurang Krubb in the Töreboda Guest Harbour.
